 Both in submitting (it's kind of like ego suicide) and in the occasional meal. But, this is my son's favorite dinner and I have to make it once in a while.

Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
egg dip (egg mixed with a little milk)
your favorite flavored instant mashed potato mix (I use Aldi's Roasted Garlic)

Wash chicken! Slice your chicken into either nuggets or strips. Soak in egg dip for approximately 5 minutes. Coat throughly with instant mashed potatos. Put in deep fryer approximately 4/5 minutes for larger size nuggets, or 3/4 minutes for smaller ones or strips. (Just please make sure it's done through). Serve with your favorite dip. Enjoy!

Really? Mashed potato mix? I'd never have thunk it! And yeah, looks very not good for you, but kids are pretty darn resilient and every now and then a good deep-fat fried bit of chicken is just good for the soul.

not really into this shot, the subject matter isnt really interesting to me, maybe if it was taken from a higher angle so you could see into the pot better. as it is, it just leaves me wondering whats in the oil

Not very appetizing. I think a food photo should not be this unappealing. But, that's just my opinion.

Too much glare off frying pan. Good idea and angle but lighting needs a little work. The camera-mounted flash is not your friend!
