1 C Milk
3/4 C Strawberries
1/2 C Blueberries
1 C Ice
1 teaspoon Splenda or Sugar

Shooting stop action is hard! At least is is if you don't have an electronic trigger to time it right. Shutter lag is a bear.

Two hours and 78 images, two of which showed berries entering the milk. I have plenty of swirling milk images from the camera responding too slowly to capture the splash. I also spent another half hour cleaning the milk off of the camera.

Used an old Sunpak 622 Super Pro at about 2 feet and minimum power to freeze the action. (Talk about lighting overkill.)

Nicely captured! My only complaint would be that it's a bit shadowy, but doesn't bother me very much. good luck in the challenge!
