| A wonderful textbook shot and I don't mean that in a bad way - what it means is this really shows off the bird very well - markings and form - in a natural environment. Perfectly suited for inclusion in a book to identify species! |

This is a fabulous capture. Exceptional detail, catchlight in the eye, really good color.
What more could a person ask. truly, from a bird person, I wish it was mine!

| looks like a museum diorama, as bird looks static and the rocks/moss don't look real...so keeping that in mind...good colours, sharp definition, good dof. In terms of comp perhaps a bit too centred. What do you want to do with this shot? |
