Nice sharp focus on the dome, but the off rail in the foreground really draws the eye away from the subject. |

You may hear that the foreground is distracting. I think it's very apropos given the subject. SOmething like this always seems somewhat removed and protected from the general populace, and this shows that well. |

There's a very large object on the bottom right of the frame in the way. |

The out of focus foreground really detracts from the image. |

I really wish the wall were not in the foreground blocking the subject so much. |

I'm afraid I don't completely understand your intentions here:
the background is a perfect night shot, superbly exposed, showing a great technical skill.
The foreground is so obviously deliberately blured and invading - but in my opinion it's working against the excellence of your background, and also against aesthetic.

Sorry if I sound like a broken record, but the OOF wall in front grabs my attention away from the pretty building in back. |
