 this is my nephew jacob with felix ..
felix is the neighbour's dog, and they have just moved into the cottage which is next door to us .. the cottage is owned by my brother ..
i couldnt get over the resemblance of felix to bailey who is sue suemack's dog ..
i took a couple of shots of felix to show to sue, and of course used an overlay, which means i can now put it in our overlay side challenge ..
used an overlay from ghostbones in flickr

after richard yanko's comment i changed the background by cloning in more gate where a person was standing behind jacob and making the gate less bright & scaled-up a bit ..
this is how it was before ..

I just love this, Roz. The dog has the best look... I can't explain it. The whole thing is really good. (I've been up since 4 and am not thinking straight, so my wordsmithery is limited)

Looks like they're best friends. Felix seems to like the spot light. The excitement in Jacob and the calm in Felix so wonderfully displayed.

Fantastic. I would be tempted to remove the remaining background. The boy and the dog is really where it's at.

Definitely a roz image here. Yes, he does look like Bailey. Another great image with you processing to make it even greater image. I am sure Sue will love this also.
