Maybe I am nitpicking, but I think the piece would work better if taken from a lower angle, zommed in more on the duck.

Original! I think the sky could have a little more contrast but I love the light off the water and the composition. Hard to catch a lone duck on the beach at sunset in one week. good work. 9

Your main subject is quite small. Try a vertical format. JMHO.
