I like this idea of showing the 3/4/5 triangle this way. I also like how the light makes the sugar sparkle too. About the extra highlighted space in the right corner - I don't feel that it adds anything to the sugar creation. I wonder if a different perspective would help eliminate it? Cute idea - I may have to try this some time.

Great concept. I wish the hot spot weren't up there in the upper right because it draws my attention away from the subject.

This is pretty cool. I don't know if everyone will "get" it, though...

And in terms of photo quality: I don't really like the lighting. The bright spot in the top right corner is distracting and so are the shadows. I wished the shot would be "cleaner".
