 Day 16 of 30 Flowers

I know, more purple ;-) But when I saw this little ladybug I just HAD to shoot her! And since she's the focus of the shot someone would vote it down in the Purple challenge for making them think "bug" instead of "purple."

This is the lighter of my 2 butterfly bushes and I don't think I've used this one yet in the side challenge, plus you can see some of the detail on the little tubular flowers that make up the big flower. Totally works for the side challenge ;-)

Had the 12mm extension tube on.

PP - converted from RAW, cropped, dodged ladybug and destaurated the shiter bits some, blurred background a little more to reduce the noise, increased contrast, added border, resized, sharpened with noise reduction.

Totally works for the side challenge. Honestly, it would work for the purple challenge for me too, but I know what you mean about people voting it down. (Irritating)

Shhh! Don't tell the ladybug it's a butterfly bush. :-). A good capture. Glad you shared it here instead of with the ungrateful Purple voters.
