 title is from The White Stripes song titled, "The hardest button to button"
Its a good song, and yes, there is a button in the photograph.

Not sure what the button was supposed to signify, but yea, cool stuff.

A button sewn onto one's cheek signifies either strong creativity or mild insanity, depending on whether it was done in photoshop or in real life, respectively. :)
