Wow, quaker parrots in Brooklyn. I have one as a pet. We also have them in almost every park's lightpoles down here.

Very good composition, usually is difficult to handle those power cables but in this picture they are the frame

Sorry, I don't see that it meets the challenge. The caption might provide context that you happened to be somewhere and you got this shot, but if that's the challenge criterion, couldn't ANY picture meet the challenge?

Very nice! I like the way the power lines play into the subject. Light on the bird also helps create some of the success here. It makes one think about the relationship of the made and natural worlds. One of the nicest so far.

That's pretty amazing. Did you crank the saturation up though? The bottom right corner is super-saturated.
