Nice panning! Love the motion blur on the trees and the two other cars. I do like this as is, but since I'm a processing junkie, I might also try a black layer or a vignette layer (blended with overlay, linear dodge, something funky) - just to make it look meaner and subdue the sunlight. Anyway, sorry your pic got dinged by the dingbats ;-) |

I think if the car had been at more of an angle, it would have appeared more dynamic. But I still think it is a good shot, and I like that it is different from the norm (7) |

Good shot. Would have given a 7 or 8 in a fitting challenge. However, here it is DNMC... |

OK, but without the title the photo would be just a photo of a car.. |

OK, I'll elaborate more on the shot: great colours and sat, terrific sense of movement and axction, leading lines are very good...but still a bit of a stretch for this challenge! Next time shoot a Ferrari, their logo is a rearing horse :-) |

I'm guessing this is another low scoring "dnmc" shot that the voters are killing you with. no vote from me |

Maybe a bit of a shoehorn, but I like it anyway! Nice job with the panning as I'm sure this was moving very fast. |

Hello. I am making a point on commenting on the photos that I rated a 2 or 3 in this challenge.
I gave this image a 2 for the following:
For me, at this time, this is just too much of a DNMC. It's not even a real representation of horsepower (as thin a connection that is to horses) as it is just a gratuitous action shot. Heck, even hanging around and trying to get a nice shot of the Porsche logo would be more connective to this challenge. My feeling is that if you decide to take interpretation of a challenge this far, you deal with the consequences and one consequence is that you get a 2 from me today.
Sorry. |
