 My beautiful boy sitting on a train, looking out the window, and lost in a moment. He is normally a very high energy kid so it was cool to catch him like this, just looking out the train window. He is lit by sunlight only. Not sure how this will do here, but it is a photo I do certainly love and will be hanging this one on a wall at home.

Great shot, Michelle, with fine exposure and clarity. At first I thought I'd prefer more context (not so tight a crop), but I like how it is a bit of a puzzle. First the realization that the window is a train window, followed by wondering where he is and what he is looking at.

Wonderful portrait. I love the lighting, contrast, and color. And you captured a great natural expression. He looks worried about something, almost as though he is about to leave someone important behind.

Fantastic light. This photo offers a lot - I look at it and I'm a little kid on a train, the sun warming my face through the window. But I'm also the grown-up in the seat nearby, watching and wondering what out there has him so rapt. Really beautiful, and the crop sets his face off nicely.

reminds me of being a kid, when my mom wuold say you stay here with your brothers, im going to the store and I would cry because i wanted something from the store lol 7
