Scott ( DarkRider ) and I went out shooting today and then Scott came over and helped me with photoshop and taught me some new editing techniques. After dinner and some more lessons, Scott set out for his in-laws and I sat down to see if I could remember.

The Edit:
Adjust Exposure
Curves
Sharpening
Gray scale Colour Boost, Green +23%
Saturation only slightly
Contrast
Levels
USM 100%
Added Black Border
Re-size for web

Scott I'm sure I forgot some of the cool things you taught me, so we'll have to do this again.

Thank you Scott for you time and patience teaching me some new photoshop techniques.

Living on the edge of a razor-thin DoF, are we? Nice macro, maybe crop a bit closer to lose some of the negative space on the right, since his other wing isn't really part of the subject...
