I like the subtle detail and shading preserved in the dark round window area as a powerful contrast to the long exposure whiteness of the towers. |

Is this a negative image? I dont really think that counts as overexposed.
Thanks for clearing that up! :) It really does look like a negative, but i can see now that its not. I like the detail on the front building. Good luck! |

Overexposed - yes. Overexposed to the benefit of the image - not really. It just feels like the blown area is just blown, with no real purpose to make the image a more powerful image. |

Certainly meeting the challenge, there remains the question of how beneficial the effect is to the overall picture. Getting there. |
