| Good luck on that career change. I am about the same age and have done the same thing. Well, fools jump in where angels fear to tread, and all that ;-) However, I reckon we can do it, given all that experience we have! Nice bokeh flambeau in this shot, BTW. |

| I think this one was perfect for the challenge - and a darn fine shot on its own as well! Great crop - dynamic and brings us to the action. Very good capture of his expression and I love the visible heat waves. I think this was the right choice over the others you've posted. And congrats on a new entry in your top row, as well as an excellent finish! |

| It's a very interesting photo but if not for your title it would appear he's trying to give himself a hot foot. Why didn't you show him doing some actual juggling? |
