 Shot taken with evening light in a local park.
Took hundreds of shots of potential "letter" subjects (trees, spanish moss, etc.) but this is my favorite.

I was tempted to remove the twigs (as suggested in comments) but thought they added to the naturalness of the shot. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions!

The stump is also roughly eye shaped. I would have been tempted to remove the debris from the crevices. I feel it would have made a stronger shot.

Maybe getting rid of the dead grass in the photo would make it a little better. Good find on two letter though.

a good eye to see the possibilities here - i am not sure about the choice of crop - the extented sides of the image seem to diminish the impact the letters provide - but maybe that is the idea here...

Good find, for me this is one of the better shots in the challenge. Great lighting and crop. I might have moved those few stray bits of twig out of the way.
