The slices in the background look too dark for orange, unless you had some fun with the channel mixer? or this might be a blood orange. Tangy.

Not sure about the overexposed slices in the background, and I am not sure the border adds to the photo

Looks like a blood orange - orange skin but dark red meat. Nice tight composition, good focus on the foreground orange.
