Well, this was an experiment gone bad judging by the 17th percentile it ranked. It wasn't at all dangerous to get the shot - the banks on either side are steep and I used a telephoto to make it look like I was actually up in the beams. I had thought that by applying a gaussian blur it would make it more abstract than razor sharp lines. I was wrong! The original is a razor sharp image taken on a tripod, and I should have stuck with it. I learned a lot in this challenge, so I'll take the score and do better next time. |

Nice idea. It could be sharper, but I'll bet it would have been diificult getting a tripod in there? 6 |
