funny, I was just going to comment that this is very like some of Germaine's, then I noticed it's Santa Barbara, so that explains it!

What I will tell you is that it's a great looking shot !
Nice PP work and vignetting, to focus the viewers eye inwards whilst the boats forming the middle ground of the picture make an effective central focal point with the masts peaking height wise, both the right way up and in the reflection to form a nice central bulge.
