 If you walk around to the end of the sea wall at the Santa Barbara harbor, you can then walk out on this railroad tie type bridge to get to a little spit. It's a fun walk - a bit challenging for those of us who aren't gymnasts and never did the balance beam. You can see the pier and a bit of the city in the background.
