 Captive Bald Eagle in Ketchikan Alaska taken on our cruise at 200mm. There were many pictures to choose from, especially with scenery, but this grabbed my attention about the best. I don't know how it will do here. It's ironic that after a trip to Alaska I submit something I could have taken at home in San Diego.

lovely details on beak and eyes - i just wish the head were a bit less yellowish (maybe that is what it really was but it seems to take it down a bit in 'wow')
