Ok after 33 comment I have learned two things,
# 1 I have learned that the sun is not a artificial light
#2 I have learned to read on down the page from the words " Challenge - Light Source"
This was my first entry and i didnt read all the challenge . Really dont know what i am doing yet , But i am having a wonderful time . Diana

I'm afraid if the sun is "artificial" light... what exactly would NOT be artificial?

The colors and composition are nice but you should not have submitted this picture for the present challenge.

I'm one of those who feels this doesn't fit the challenge since the _only_ light I see in this pic is the sun, and that' not artificial in my book. Sorry.

I hope you didn't break your camera shooting into the sun like this (and I certainly advise against using a viewfinder if you've got one - stick to the LCD).

I like the way that the line from the aircraft goes through the middle of the shot but it might have been better if it could have gone exactly from one corner of the picture to the other. I never normally think about things like that until after the event though when it's normally too late (maybe you could have rotated it slightly using software and then cropped it).

A bit heavy on the natural light for a artificial light challenge. Pretty colors.

ouch..... such bright light. really interesting diagonal shapes (rays)... I percieve the image as having unrealized potential. The softness of the image is not necessarily a problem but I would have worked on the prisim effects more. 4

I'm generally not toooo much of a stickler when it comes to meeting the challenge, but it did say clearly "artificial light". :-( 2 kathleenm

Good picture, not on subject. It was ARTFICIAL light, right? If the challenge was sunlight, or natural light, I'd give this an 8 or 9.

I thought it was pretty clear that the sun is not an artificial light source. Make sure you read and understand the challenge criteria. Anyway, it's a bunch too bright!
