 Taken on a grey day at our local sports park. My four-year-old son was really wanting to play with the baseball, but soon figured out it was a little bit "big" for him.

PS. I think you'll make it to top 10. The blue ribbon winner admitted he broke the rules in PP. What a pity...it is such a nice shot.

Thanks for all your comments and votes. I am kind of tickled that it nearly made the top 10! Dang the Texas weather; if it had been sunny and nice it might have made it higher than 11.

BTW: I didn't try to brighten up the greyness because I didn't want to screw up ANYTHING that could possibly be against the challenge rules...I guess I am kind of paranoid due to so much hullaballoo regarding rules, dates, editing, and everything else. I'll work on it and try to post an edited version to my portfolio soon. Thanks again!!

The boy looking up really makes this picture stand out. A bit of a bluish tint- but overall and excellent picture that captures the theme!

Love the way the child is looking at the balls like he wants to jump up there and take them as his toys. Great show of proporations. 9.

I really love the image, however it feels a bit overcast and gray. You could probably brighten it by using the brightness and saturation controls.
