Hello from Critique Club ;)
(Composition)This is a remarkable photo. I love the composition, the way you put everything in the middle. Tree and the elephants look very nice together... You were lucky there is no other elephant broken up from the group, so they kind of look like tree's root... or it looks like they are carrying the tree around, pushing it around.
(Technical)In my opinion if you would do a bit tighter cropping and give bit more contrast, you probably could get better votes. I also wouldn't mind to see a border, probably a thin white border, but that is totally me :)
(Personal)I checked your photos... Needlessly say you know what you're doing, so keep it up :)

The elephants really help give this massive tree a sense of scale. Very nice! |

This is a great image but do think it could have been improved with some subtle d&b, especially on the tree and elephants - best of luck and an eight from me :) |

I have a weakness for elephants. Would love to see a version of this in color, but very cool shot, that tree must be monstruous. |

I envy your opportunity to photogragh elephants in the wild. I dont think B&W was the best choice. I do like the perspective of having the elephants around that tree. That things got to be huge to dwarf the elephants like that. |

Contrast might be lacking but this is a wonderful moment and location. |

They gathered around the ancient tree, not knowing exactly why. It was as if they were called there. As if a voice sweetly sung to them, gathering them there, singing of safety and love and belonging.
Then, with no warning, it consumed them all. |

The pachyderms shelter under the tree the bushmen gods ripped up in anger and pushed into the earth upside down - the baobab! like the black and white conversion. |

Cool! Really interesting scene. On my monitor it looks like it could use a little contrast boost. |
