 A Lucky shot to be honest, the old man just passed by when i was shooting the scenery. when i realized what happen i was drooling for that great photo this old man made for me :) to answered the many comments that say that its not suburbia, i just have sea in my suburbs, whats wierd with that?

Editing: not much, crop, changed colours, sharpened, resized....

Cross-processed? I'm such a sucker for these shots. Not terribly suburban, but a great scene anyway.

I'm struggling with relating this to suburbia. It looks like an urban harbour. The bicycles are definitely the main elements of interest. I like how it's divided horizontally in the thirds lines, but there is a lot of negative space in the bottom half. The water line appears to be tilted, but it's probably an illusion from the slant of the hillside.

I like the grungy tone of the image. Overall, I just don't get the story you are trying to express based on the title.
I'll be interested to read the details and what marina constitutes a suburb. I wish my suburb had a marina!

Nice image - Like the lighting and soft tones here. The cut off shadow and rather busy background are very distracting though. The bike gets a little lost in the boats
