Darn, this is cool. I gave you a six, but in retrospect probably deserved a 7 or 8. Your composition is too good and the mix of nature and man-made is awesome. Gotta love the power line.

I really liked this idea - kind of reminded me of something Hitchcock lol. You probably could not do much about this given the distance, but I wanted to see a closer view of that town - it looks so quaint, all tucked into the hillside like that. I bet it is a beautiful place to see in the fall! |

Nicely composed, but way oversaturated. |

I like the houses on the hill and the realism the power line looming over them brings to this shot. The verdict is still out on the potential damage these power lines cause to the health of those living below them. I don't if you planned on making that kind of statment but I like it. I also like your pp on the houses, making them kind of glow with surreal colors. The birds in the sky, IMHO, don't add to your composition as they are too close together and just too out of focus. I like the sploches of color of the foilage in the hills. |

There is no focal point here. Is it the homes? The birds? The fall foliage? The power lines? Don't try to get so much in one shot. I often try to do that also with poor results. |

I really like the birds against the sky, but the rest of it is so dark and hard to make out (woods) and the suburbs look strange to me with that lighting/post effect, whether intended or accidental. |

I like the emphasis with the saturation of the houses. The image is a little blurry though. |

I like the over saturated colours here but the lack of sharpness and out of focus trees are too distracting. |
