This pic was a last minute idea... Whenever I have a free afternoon on the weekends I like to go to a park on the lakeshore and feed the birds and take some pics of them. There is another park where two cranes usually go fishing, but they weren't there, but luckily the swans were around at the park on the lakeshore. I took a whole load of pics and this was the best of the batch. It was hard because there were so many seaguls flying around.
I really like this picture, but when compared to the other amazing pics that i know will be submitted, I don't think this will place very well... I would LOVE for a 6+ but not likely... either way, I love it! =)
For editing, I did the usual... open several times in Camera Raw, and make adjustments for each part of the scene, put each adjustment as a different layer, tweek a bit, erase through, dodge/burn a bit, crop, resize, and submit...
Here is a pic I took a wile ago in the same location... i tried to take another one like it, but I guess I was just really lucky the first time =)
