 This is one of 9 flowers on my silver circlet that me and my dad made for my wedding in 2005.
It hasnt been worn since which is why its starting to discolour but I like thats its not perfectly shiny anymore.

Nice subject and composition, I'm not bother by the dark spots on the flower, but maybe darkening the background a bit more would give it a different look

I polished. With a toothbrush too :D
Originally it was tarnished all over. I just like the way it looks old & to me it does enhance it (im not an overly shiny person!)

I think the tarnish adds character and age to the piece. The muted colour of the background works well to enhance the beauty of the silver.

This is an interesting item. You did a nice job with lighting for this shot. I feel that composition would be a little stronger if the "stem" went toward a corner of the image.
Again, lighting is excellent. It's difficult to light a bright metal item for a photo.
