 This is the new work study that my dept has just hired. I was asked to take her picture for the blog and then true to form she came up with this pose. Yes she is a smart ass.

Those that are smart a$$es are usually much better and more pleasant to work with than those who are insanely serious all the time. Of course, I usually fall into the former category, so my opinion may be a touch biased.
