He is open and offering, and she is considering, but not yet quite sure. I suspect she'll accept. :-)

Visually the composition isn't appealing, you see too little of the players, the selective desaturation may have added to the image, but I am not sure that it did.

I have to admit, this picture does not really work for me. While the idea is cute, there was not enough attention to the busy background. There are too many features visible, so they pull the viewer away from the heart.
I also see her gesture not as a receiving one: the hands are closed, almost fists.

Where is the focus? I think that the whole lady and arm should be in focus and the background should be softer. Right now the plants are distracting in the back. I think that by leaving out the woman's face/reaction, a lot of the emotion/story is lost.

The edges look bad and you missed some of the left side. Zoom in to the edges and use a soft brush to paint your mask. Someone posted a great tut on how to use darken but I don't know where it is. Contact me after the challenge if you want some more help on edges.

I find selective de-saturation to be a bit gimmicky, and even more so in a heart challenge. Also, the white flowers seem to be the brightest part of the image, which distracts a bit.
