 RAW conversion: white balance, exposure, contrast.

People are not seeing the hearts in this image. Too bad -- in another challenge it might have done better.

My daughter and I both saw two hearts: one formed by the petals of the flower, and the other formed by the opening of the frame around the flower.

This image was created by placing a cone of Mylar around the lens and shooting with the opening of the cone a couple of inches from the flower.

What a nice creative idea for producing this shot, with the mylar. Well-seen hearts.

I love the colors in the image. the unblurred petals on the left doesn't make sence in the scene. The stamen needs some dodging to even out the brightness in the rest of the image.
(the frame works for me after a few min.)

Sorry, I don't get this. Flower vortex does not equal heart in my mind. Great colors though.
