 A circular polarizer balanced on a book with a flashlight behind. This (or similar) has been done before in DPC.
The blue is way too blue and should have been more purple'ish but it's way past bedtime and close to deadline so it will have to do.

One capture only but put together from three edits in LightRoom in order to get the different colors.

ahhh yes, the open book shot. I thought of doing it but I thought of something else. Very well done. Now i'm humming Layla, cool. Good comp. too.

I adore that song, good choice having this set-up on a love song page. I love the red reflection from blue glass.

This is a bit overdone here on DPC, but this is the best of the bunch in this challenge, in my opinion. I liek the red and blue. Very cool. Also, the sharpness is great. 7

I like this and like the way the filter color turns into red. There is nothing to criticize in the image, but as you know others have used it before so you will lose some originality points.

I like this photo, but I feel that that this style has been over played. Good composition, but I the lighting came from one direction.
