This looks like one of those water filled rubber squeezie things. Wish I knew what to call them, but they are one of those things you keep near the desk to fidget with during boring phone calls.

A bit grainy and not quite in focus but a very interesting image. It looks like a balloon but what the bumps would be I have no idea. Maybe it's a ball of some sort.
