A walnut?
Interesting photo. The reflection is a tad distracting. Play with the lighting and see if you could get some more texture out of the right side of the object. Nice use of B&W with a hint of sepia. |

Kind of looks like an old rotten pumpkin... I'm guessing that's why it's B&W, otherwise it'd be too obvious. |
