Some of the most beautiful stemware and glass blowing I have seen is done by the master crafters at Simon Pearce in Vermont. Check them out in their original factory in Quechee Vermont or their big factory/showroom in Windsor, VT.

This is a wine glass from the Stratton collection. Awesome stuff!

Editing: Shot in RAW - converted with some adjustments to w/b, levels, clarity and sharpness. Cropped, noise ninja, hue/saturation and colorization, resize for web, noise ninja post resize.

this reminds me of the virus from residant evil, I like this shot, very clean and simplewell composed and lit. Im more intersted in the twisted area I would have tried a closer crop on that area, but over all great job

Cool! Nice color. Good use of tilting the object. It seems better than 90% of the other images submitted. Good luck.

Thought it meets the challenge, I find the subject somehow lacking. It looks like something that should have more depth and textures, and feels a bit flat.
