This is MAK singing and playing for his supper. Really only entered this, so that I can cram in another bad pun. Don't seriously expect it to do well at all.

I was nailed in the first 5 comments. LOL

The Hofner is a Hofner Senator Bass built in 1962 it has been with me over 20 Years and hopefully will be for another 20. I just had all the electrics rewired and the pick-up rewound too.

Nice one Al you nutter.

Lol Nice going there Mr.P. I like the post in this shot. Fits with the brick bg and that grungey feel I'm getting from this shot.

I usually like grain, but I'm not sure I like it here. It competes with all the other textures like the brick, cement, and sweater. 6

Interesting processing, I like the textures -- that's a sweet looking Hofner, too

Wow, you know Paul McCartney??!?!?! That beeny makes him look different though. Maybe it's just the edit? Which I like by the way: 10

Love the sharpened color in this lightly tone-mapped/HDR image. Good job of capturing a gritty edge with the technique. Love the mood. Title is just too cute. 8

I don't really like the post processing. I would probably have scored you higher if it looked a little more "natural". I also would prefer if he wasn't looking out of the frame.

A great photo, though I'm not nuts about the processing. I would have scored higher if the processing was more natural.

I'm not sure about the angle, but the processing is teriffic! I would also suggest not cropping so tightly - the textures and colors of the background are so interesting I think it would add a great deal to the photo if there was more of it.

This guy reminds me of pictures I've seen of MAK. The expression on his face (what you can see of it) looks to me like he's either just heard a weird noise and he is looking to see what it is or he's guilty of something and he is looking to see if someone is following him. :)
