Crop, saturation and gamma adjustments, downsize, sharpen.

Very bright late afternoon sun. (I know it looks like a flash).

Very bright late afternoon sun, chickens in light woods, very high up. Last or next to last shot of the shoot. Crop, but of boost to contrast and saturation, resize, some sharpening...

This is probably my last submission with my beloved first digital camera; the FZ10 seems to have died yesterday, so I am extremely gratified that it is being honoured with a posthumous red ribbon. Cry for happy.

(Oops, I repeated myself - never seem to notice the text accompanying the submission).

Oh, and now I will really have to figure out how to get the posthumous red and the Chromey and the Oobie onto my profile.

This is an evil creepy picture that is trying to find its way into my brain. I give it the Posthumous Red Ribbon.

Never expected to see such a human expression on a chicken, I have to say! Well done on capturing that. The shot needs to be just a wee bit brighter.

Love the composition - don't know how you got them to line up so nicely for you, but it works!

This is kind of creepy, but I like it. Nice colors and dof.

Photo feels a little dark and roosters are fighting to the main subject of the photo.

I think I'd prefer this with only one of them. The others being so non-detailed just distract me... Nice and sharp on the eye. (not voting yet)

Gave this a 3, thought I´d at least have the decency of telling you why. It´s simply way too dark, noisy and poorly lit for my taste, the image quality is, forgive me for saying this, horrible. Not sure what equipment you have but if you can shoot raw, try doing that and rather than underexposing like this, go up with the ISO, overexpose the shot and then in raw conversion, darken it again, it´ll lead to much better quality images, both regarding texture and noise.

To be honest, I'm not resonating so much with your subject.

a little more space on the bottom would have made a better composition, otherwise, an interesting image
