| rusty car, rusty pump. I like it. I like that the rusts are 2 different colors. focus and clarity are right on. lighting is good for the most part. I only see one shadow that is a bit distracting on the wheel. would like to see that a bit brighter. this is an interesting scene, and it's rusty, I feel that you met the challenge very well here. nice one. ~Heather~ |

| Creative cropping works well in this image. the pump seems to be too bright to work well with the car's brightness. |

How wonderful to have both pump and car. I would have moved the objects away that are leaning on the wall behind. I would have liked to see all of front tire.
Good focus non pump face and I like the small aperture. Even less would have been fine with me.

| Great color and feel. That tire's really something! The only thing I'd change is the cropping/framing. The lines of the windshield and top of the pump both suggest that there's more to the picture. It makes me feel like I'm missing something. I'd have cropped it either higher or lower, but as it is the lines across the top create a feeling of incompleteness. Just my opinion. Nice shot. |

| Wonderful rusty picture! It looks a bit flat to me but I don't know what causes that myself, as I'm not an expert. All the different colors of rust are really photogenic. |
