I can see where you'd call the water texture bokeh, and I really like it.
You can actually clone out sensor dust in Basic, but you might have a hard time convincing the council that those spots are sensor dust.
"No selections or spot editing tools are allowed, with the sole exception of cloning out sensor dust or hot pixels."
There is some weirdness going on with the edges of your leaf. I can't tell if it's oversharpening or if it's a compression issue, but you've got the jaggies and the top edge has some unnatural looking red.

Great colors and perspective! I had some problems to decide if this is blurry or bokeh for me, but i see it as bokeh, and i really like it! |
