Nice picture

I don't know what they are but keep your hands clear

I like the subject, but your chosen angle doesn't do much for me. Try other points of view.

Good job. You were true to the title of the competition. This photo matches the definition of photography as art for me.

A little too abstract for me...
04/11/2002 12:43:00 PM
This is a nice abstract composition, but for some reason it's not really popping... did you try sharpening it?
04/10/2002 08:55:00 PM
nice curve!

good use of light; unfortunately, the photo makes me want to look away from it; it evokes an owl, a bit;

More detail in the shadows would have been nice. The steel bars don't appear symmetrical here, but you centerred them. I think the picture would have been better taken at a different angle or view. Also, accentuating the lack of symmetry would have had a greater effect, rather than trying to hide it.

?

Hmmm....I don't have much to say on this one. :)

Think marks detract from this clean cut image.
04/09/2002 11:21:00 AM
i would have birghtened the exposure a tad...

I really wonder what this is! Seems a bit too symetrical

Very cool perspective!! I'm not sure I could have taken corrugated metal tubes and done this well with them.

blue steely cold. like the effect. reminds me of angel's wings. where did you find this?
04/09/2002 03:08:00 AM
Drop the frame down a bit, and it looks like some upset eyes staring at you! :) Nice work.
04/08/2002 07:09:00 PM
I like the industral feel to this photo.
04/08/2002 04:33:00 PM
It almost looks like a pair of eyes with a furrowed brow between!
04/08/2002 03:15:00 PM
interesting perspective.

Ok... I"m ready to comment on this one now :) You made my top 20 and you are actually my last elimination going into the top 10. What I see with your curves in this photo is the face of a steel demon. This grabbed my attention immediately. I like it! Score: 8

nice composition, rather owl-y, nice lighting too
04/08/2002 12:49:00 PM
I find the near symmetry is off putting somehow cant quite put my finger on it.

Needs better light
