The eyes need sharper focus. It look like the nose is the focal point. (7)

You could have easily chosen to crank up the saturation on this, but you chose to keep that modest and go for showing off detail instead. You get an 8 from me for that.

This photo is tack sharp on the nose. Focus should be on the eyes.

I like the shot but it might be just a bit more impressive if the focus was on the eyes and not the nose.

I wish the eyes were more in focus, but it appears the sharpest focus is on the nose.
