 I really have nothing for this month besides this one shoot.

Baby in a Free Study. 5.5 at best.


Apparently 5.1 at worst.

I never would have thought that cutting a foot off would have caused this much of a problem, but lesson learned. No more cutting off a foot. BAD K10DGUY!

The bright spot? A fantastic comment by zeuszen and a favorite from the same user.

Since he's about as crazy unique as they come, that's a major honor.

I like everything about this except the lighting on the face. It let's the image down a bit.

Remarks: Oddly, this genre, in a straightforward sort of way, would draw dramatically low marks from me. The cliche, however, has been promoted to the level of parody in this astonishing photograph, and that, apparently, without any injury to innocence or, if you like, to the subject itself.

Altogether a magical image well worth studying, even if only for the various tensions discovered, unified and celebrated here.

I think i'd like this more if her foot were not cut off. I'd suggest either cropping it closer, or keeping her right foot in the frame.
