 This is Pattra Sriyanonge an actress, makeup is done by Eva Hrönn. I always really liked the movie poster for the movie "Memoirs of a geisha" and when Pattra was up for modeling for a photoshoot in that genre I called up Eva to do the makeup since Henný was preoccupied with exams in December.

We did a whole lot of setups, started out with traditional geisha makeup, did headshots, shoulder and waist shots, changed clothes a few times. Then in the very end we did a punk verision of a geisha, messed up the hair and makeup and she wore all black clothes and started jumping around and acting all crazy. Eva Hrönn got the idea to use these "blood tears" that she got somewhere but they ruin the makeup obviously so we did that as the very last part of this photoshoot.

I really like the outcome and especially the effect the "blood tears" had on the eyes. The original shot is cropped, was almost a waist shot but fortunately if you use a 21 megapixel camera and a prime lens this would come out good even in large prints despite being about 1/4 of the original frame, I almost never crop that heavily.

Individual style
A nit-pic: Her hair looks brown in the lower half of the frame Maybe you could desaturate it to blend more with the style.
