Migration is such an interesting concept for the POW and I'm already looking forward to seeing the other shots.
At least he looks like a happy refugee and that's a good thing. Good environmental portrait! |

He's got a great grin though. Another one of your interesting images that leave me looking throughout it and keeps me full of questions. Interesting candid. |

PAW - He looks very pleased to be working a job he's overqualified for. I like the comparison with the equally out of place native American (apparently) in the picture. I might suggest cropping out some of the right side and bottom to see the subject better. |

Certainly helps keep things in perspective. Nice to see such a good attitude from a bad set of circumstance. |

Great expression on his face. I agree with the others about the tighter crop, but still a really good candid. |

Made me smile, as his is so contagious! He may not be getting the work he knows he can do, but he's doing what he can with a great attitude. |

Interesting environmental portrait. It might work better if you got up closer and focused on him and his cleaning supplies. |

I agree with the tighter crop, the escape route sign and fire hose make my eye wonder away from your main subject. |

Consider trying this cropped more closely to have him fill more of the frame. As it's currently cropped, there are three things competing to be the main subject: the framed artwork on the wall, the gentleman, and the bright red fire hose on the wall at right. If you cropped out the red hose, and also some of the foreground (floor), it would help us focus on the person. |

What a smile, it looks like you caught him by surprise yet I bet he isn't so very surprised at that. Oh... and goldsmith?? |
