Seems a bit overexposed. Nice photojournalism capture.

The wall is way overexposed due to the sun directly overhead. Re-shoot at a different time of day.

Nice eye for composition. Unfortunately the overexposure really washes out some detail here. This would be a great photojournalistic image with a bit less lighting oradditional exposure compensation.

photo's like these are tough for me because I feel it's a little unethical to take them, but I can't deny that it's well done ... 9. If I were this guy, I wouldn't want people taking pictures of me in an attempt to win a photo contest. But I realize that this is my opinion and shouldn't have anything to do with my vote on the photo's quality.

Good use of 2D to make the mood effective.

needs a little more contrast perhaps; also, the way the yellow striped blanket in the cart blends in to the white wall says it's mildly over exposed to me, otherwise a well done shot

I think B&W may have been even better for this.

good picture; good composition ... 7 ... because it is quite overexposed

I like this. It's a really novel subject and I like the way it's composed. I overlooked it at first, but on second glance I was completely smitten. Just wishing, though, that the shadow wasn't on the wall to the left of the trolley.

Have you also tried this in black and white? I think it would be even more effective.

The border takes away from this shot in my opinion.

This is a powerful image. It's certainly an all to common site in Providence, where I live. It's extremeley high key which is why I gave it only a six. It looks like you got an exposure reading from the wall instead of the guy's skin so the great colors (like that red wheel and his blue blanket) got a bit washed out looking and we really aren't seeing enough detail in his face. The yellow blanket on top of the carriage is so overexposed it almost seemlessly blends into the wall behind it.

The vivid colors and lighting are really making this shot! And what a contrast to the man we see here. Great one!

There's a wow factor somewhere in this one, but you should soften the very bright background to get more focus on the main subject.
Very nice composition. Good one!

the stark white background really shows off the subject - harsh reality. A difficult subject well portrayed.9

i hope you asked this man permission to take his photo and put it online.

i have a knee-jerk reaction to seeing pictures of homeless people on dpc.

the wall and blanket are a tad over exposed - t-shirt too.

Very touching image. Technically a bit overexposed.
