 Klaus is just getting over a couple days of being sick and is feeling good.
Shot with on-camera flash (sorry about that).
Cloned out a black object just behind him that looked like a lump on his back.
Cropped, adjusted levels, sharpened

Yes, he has a brown eye and a blue eye. My top scoring page has a portrait of him showing it better, though on that one I lit him more to close his pupils and show the iris, and I selected and saturated the eye a bit.



As for the black in one picture vs the brown in the other, I think it's a combination of lighting and post-processing. He's probably more towards the black normally, but in bright light looks more brown.

This is pretty good for on camera flash! An important thing to remember about photographs - they're memories. They don't have to be perfect all the time (just in challenges - LOL!).

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww! You just turned my heart to mush. Sigh. Klaus is ADORABLE! He looks like a precious friend. Maybe a candidate for the "Personality" challenge ????? If I see him in the challenge, I won't tell :)

A cool snapshot of a really cute dog. The lighting looks pretty harsh and on-top-of-the-camera-ish. Maybe bounce the light off the ceiling?
