A lot has already been said in other comments, so I'll try to put things together shortly:
You have put the word 'Amish' in the center, so this is obviously meant to be the center of attention. You did it by photographing the sign from a different perspective, wich is appealing to the viewer, because it brings a good tension in the picture. What is a pity, is that the "A" of "Amish" is not wholy showing.
The sunlight is overexposing the sign, making te colours weak. The picture could have been making a stronger expression, when you wouldn't have been photographing into the sun. Maybe you could have waited until the sunlight was coming from another postition, when it would have shined ON the sign, the colours would have lit up and be bright!
You made this picture for the challenge "something new", a lot of viewers commented that it isn't clear what is new in your picture. I don't see it either, maybe it's something local or only know to you? Keep in mind that your public is very broad and living in all parts of the world, so a subject must speak to a lot of people.

Colors are a bit bland, focus seems unsharp. Also, to me the picture doesn't seem to have a topic, other than a rather uninteresting sign. |

Significant overexposure, and lacking a point of interest. |

The angle could have been chosen better for this piece. |

I don't see the connection between WTC (from the title) and the image itself. The photo is also a bit washed out contrast-wise. |

I gave this a four. This isn't a great perspective. Much of the visual impact of the blue and yellow sign is lost because of poor focus. That large section of overexposed sky creates a huge hot spot. The lower right corner has some distracting clutter going on also. |

The mark of a good photographer is to be able to see something and present it to the viewer from a different perspective as you have done here. However, the technical implementation of it could be improved. Overall the focus is softer than it should be. You might be able to saturate the colors to make them more vibrant and increase the contrast of the image to make it stand out more. Above and to the right of the sign is overexposed and I do not know what you might be able to do with that. I sometimes use darkening within a greyscale layer applied to the overexposed area to tone it down, but I don't think that would work with this image. The best thing, I think, is to take it at a different time of day so that the lighting is not a problem. |

The top right corner is very bright in comparison to the rest of the shot, specifically the sign, and I'm not too sure about the composition but also not sure how you could 'better' it either. The color combo of blue and yellow go well together, and the tear and the overall weathered appearance of the sign adds interest. |

The sun or lighting washed out the color and definition. |

The use of a flash would probably have reduced the blowout in the top left. |
