I had you pegged as a top-20 finish. Guess I still haven't figured out the voter patterns here. Keep up the good work. This is really excellent stuff. |

This is great -- if only the shadows were not so dark. |

Nice statue for a subject, and nicely composed. Seems too contrasty to me. |

i'd like to say something resembling an intelligent photographic critique - but i can't get past 'awesome'. |

Good use of light and shade to produce a very atmospheric image.
The droplets of water add an extra dimension to this shot.
good work |

The shadows here add to this one I think. Nice angle, very crisp, good contrast. |

Good stop action on the water and quite good control of shadows in this interesting image. Nice. |

Love this! The dark-and-light contrast is perfect, stunning effect of the waterdrops! |

I would have shot this at a slower shutter speed to get the water silky smooth. |

I like how it is almost like he is looking up at the light source. Interesting choice to use black and white. The water splashing and the fact that it is really hot here right now makes me want to think summery, but the black and white doesnt support that very well. I think I'm tempted to want the female over his shoulder to be less in the shadows also. It's a good capture of a fountain. |
