the hair looks dead (me and my friend)

| So many entries that show a person with a finger pressed to their lips. I know it's meant to imply "Quiet or Be silent" but the image does just not convey a feeling of "Silence" to me. 5 |

good: good rendering of challenge theme. i know what she wants. this is one of those shots that seems to break a few rules in a good way. also hard to put a finger on it, like the somewhat blown highlights and flat lighing. i also like the pink hue it has.
bad: like i said normally i wouldn't like the blown highlights like this but here i think it's ok. not much i don't like really. i started out thinking 6-7 but now i say 8. |

| Quite the expression! The flash ring in the pupils is a little distracting (don't know if it's allowed to be cloned out...) |

| A number of these photos in the challenge. The overexposure doesn't work for me. The black background menas the hair merges with in. |
