They sure do stand out.. As many birds as i've taken shots of this one eludes me every time.. One fine day tho:)

Beautiful capture, Mary.
Perhaps you are fixated on birds because (just like here) they are the only thing out right now.
Usually we have a lot of deer in our yard, but they have been absent of late. Perhaps it is that huge tree that is downed that is blocking my view!
Boy, that beautiful coat of red pops big time in the winter scene. Beautiful. |

| He sure does stand out. Lovely shot, his colours are beautiful. I'll bet that little splash of gaeity is welcome when you are shivering in the cold. |
